About our character programme

PositiveCampus is a platform that empowers teachers to build character strengths in every student. We believe each person holds unique character strengths—some shining bright, others waiting to be discovered. Through the simple act of unlocking merit cards, students are encouraged and affirmed for their positive choices. Their character profiles become a meaningful map for personal growth and future success.

Every moment of reflection is a stepping stone to greater self-awareness. Our programme creates a safe, kind, and authentic space where students can share their thoughts and feelings without fear. Insightful reports and analysis help teachers coach with clarity and purpose.

And above all, every achievement—big or small—is worth celebrating.

Each merit card celebrates one of our character strengths.

Creativity

I am creative, conceptualizing something useful, coming up with ideas that result in something worthwhile.

Curiosity

I seek out situations where I gain new experiences without getting in my own or other people's way.

Judgment

I weigh all aspects objectively in making decisions, including arguments that are in conflict with my convictions.

Love of Learning

I am motivated to acquire new levels of knowledge, or deepen my existing knowledge or skills in a significant way.

Perspective

I give advice to others by considering different (and relevant) perspectives and using my own experiences and knowledge to clarify the big picture.
